Because we operate as a dropshipping store and work with trusted global suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 8–18 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

  • Australia: 8–18 business days

  • Europe: 8–18 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please understand that these are estimated delivery times and delays may occur due to customs, postal issues, or high demand.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Zienora is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.


6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.

Zienora is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Zienora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors

  2. Contact your local post office

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly
